Pre-order window: These are made-to-order items which run on a pre-order window only. Items ordered alongside bespoke/pre-order items will be shipped together. We advise ordering these separately if you require a quicker delivery for in-stock items.
Bespoke / Personalised items are non-returnable. Orders are collated at the end of the window and sent for production on a lead time.
